Buckingham Palace



Buckingham Palace was originally a grand house built by the Dukes Buckingham for his wife. George IV began transforming it into a palace in 1826.



The Royal places have been guarded by the hold troops since 1660.



The Palace has around 600 rooms, including 19 State rooms, 52 royal and guest bedrooms, 78 bathrooms, 92 offices, a cinema and a swimming pool. It also has its own post office and police station. 



About 400 people work at the Palace, including domestic servants, chefs, footmen, cleaners, plumbers, gardeners, chauffers, electricians.




Every year, more than 50,000 people visit to the Palace.

Natural History Museum



Even the outside of the Natural History Museum is impressively Victorian, but the high ceilings with the skylights are even more impressive once you step inside.



Even those who are not huge biology buffs will enjoy examining the bones of many extinct animals (like dinosaurs and ice age mammals, many of which were found in Oxford) intermingled with stone statues of princes and scientists and stuffed animals from around the globe.

Events and Celebrations



The calendar of religious festivals and holidays in the British, as well as traditional festival of the year is spring.  November 5 Bonfire, Night of the Fire Festival is one of them. Festival of Fire in the Night Guy 1605'te failed attempt to blow up the Parliament Fawkes'un to be celebrated

British Cuisine



The most famous dish of British is Fish & Chips.



Family Sunday in the UK are usually the traditional "Sunday roast" locations. Singapore noodles until they are certain family of Italian pizza from a new type of food you like.



Generally, three meals a day will eat. Breakfast, lunch (usually a small meal) and dinner (dinner or supper). Tea, is a traditional British drinks and often a few times a day with milk to drink.

Clothing



Ties, pants and shoes (jeans, track suit and sports shoes as opposed to the) is mandatory in the introduction to some restaurants. This widely accepted outside of reasonable wear will see.

Handshake and a Kiss



Regularly see each other when they came to the British one does not normally shake hands and not kissing. Sometimes they shake hands with someone they first met.
